As we worked through writing our research paper on the effects of music therapy on burn patients we learned how to navigate as a team.  This was new to me as I have only written papers independently.  Dividing the workload was interesting as we were able to find articles and see different angles of the material and pull it all together.  The cohesiveness was great as we were able to sort through a vast amount of data tune our writing to showcase the points of our research, that music therapy does help people navigate the pain associated with burns.  The teamwork aspect also allowed us all to take part in the editing process.  We all took a part in fixing little errors and streamlining the writing.  I feel that the project was a complete success as the paper reads seamless and the cohesiveness comes through.
